Sienna Private Equity supports Teco Group in accelerating its growth through six strategic acquisitions
Less than a year after Sienna Private Equity’s investment, Teco Group announces the completion of six acquisitions, marking a significant milestone in its ambition to become the leading national platform in Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) services in Italy.
With the support of Sienna Private Equity, Teco Group has acquired Ergon Ambiente e Lavoro, Gruppo Ge.Ma., Gruppo Horus, Gruppo SAEF, SI.AM. and Studio Stigliano, further strengthening its geographical presence and technical expertise across Italy.
Following these acquisitions, the Group now generates approximately €40 million in revenue, bringing together more than 250 professionals serving over 12,000 clients nationwide.
These transactions reflect Sienna Private Equity’s strategy of partnering with ambitious entrepreneurs to accelerate the development of leading businesses through organic growth and strategic acquisitions, while preserving their local expertise and entrepreneurial culture.
